Maktabat al-Fanoos is made possible through lead funding of the Ministry of Education and the Harold Grinspoon Foundation. San-Diego based Price Philanthropies is a joint partner in the program for pre-school children.
While The Harold Grinspoon Foundation and Price Philanthropies cover overhead for the administration and development of the program, Maktabat al-Fanoos is seeking financial partners to help fund the cost of the books and their distribution to children in Israel.
